It’s almost time to set aside your syllabi, course outlines and homework, and do some pleasure reading. Amazon.com has just released its Best of 2006 book list, and while NYIT librarian Amy Young’s Bedlam Among the Bedpans didn’t make this year’s cut, many great reads can be found in both the editors and customers favorite lists. The New York Times has also released its 100 Notable Books of 2006.
